Preparation
Break the eggs into a container large enough to contain the ingredient that you want to bread.
Whisk the egg in the container, then pour the breadcrumbs out onto a plate.
Dust the meat with flour and shake off the excess.
Then dip the meat in the whisked egg and once again shake off the excess.
Next, place the meat on the plate of breadcrumbs and completely cover with the crumbs.
To make a second layer, dip the meat in the egg a second time and then again cover with breadcrumbs.
The second layer helps to keep all liquids trapped inside the meat during cooking.
