To prepare diplomacy cream, all you have to do is combine 1/3 whipped cream with 2/3 pastry cream.
For this recipe, both the whipped cream and bowl should be chilled and pulled directly out of the refrigerator.
Mix a tablespoon of whipped cream into pastry cream to lighten the mixture.
Then add the remaining whipped cream, stirring and incorporating it slowly making circular movements from the bottom up with a spoon to prevent the cream from becoming liquid again.
Once you have mixed all of the whipped cream into the pastry cream, the diplomatic cream is ready to be used.
It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
If you want to obtain a more smooth and soft cream, you can change the proportions of whipped cream and pasty cream to 50/50.
