Ingredients for 4 people


1 ½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
2 hard-boiled egg yolks
2 small pickles
1 tbsp. capers
1 shallot
parsley
chervil and tarragon


Preparation

Chop the shallot and place it in a bowl with the mayonnaise.

Add the herbs, pickled and cappers, all chopped, and mix.

Then add the mustard and chopped egg yolks.

Mix well until smooth.
