How to make vinaigrette


Made with vinegar and olive oil, this sauce can be served with fish and vegetables.




Ingredients for 4 people


1 ¼ cups white wine vinegar
2 ½ cups olive oil
2 ½ tsp salt
pepper to taste


Preparation

Put the vinegar into a small bowl, add the salt and pepper and mix with a whisk until the salt dissolves.

Then incorporate the oil. The final proportion of oil to vinegar should be 2 to 1.

Using a whisk, mix together the ingredients until emulsified.
