How to tie up a roast

A short explanation for how to tie up meat using kitchen twine so that it won’t loose its shape during cooking.

Place a long piece of twine underneath the meat and tie a knot at one end.

Wrap the twine around the meat multiple times, then tighten.

Once the meat is well bound, flip it over and make a knot to secure the twine in place.

Once tied up, you can place the meat in the oven.
