Pastry bags are very useful for preparing certain types of cookies such as Krumiri and to decorate cakes and other desserts.




Preparation

Select a tip for the pastry bag suitable for the recipe you are making.

Push it through the hole at the tip of the bag until comes out from the other end.

Fold the top part of the bag over your hand to form a collar.

With the help of a spatula, add the cream, icing or batter to the pastry bag.

Squeeze the contents down using your hand and squeeze out any air.
