Mini Farfalle
Piccolini Mini Farfalle are a miniature version of Farfalle, also often called bow tie pasta. These fanciful shapes are inspired by butterflies and bring cheer to any family dinner. Piccolini Mini Farfalle are great with intense fragrances and flavors as well as with light vegetable or fish sauces, dairy-based sauces, simple oil-based sauces, or in pasta salads.

Served hot, Piccolini Mini Farfalle are perfectly complemented with a simple olive oil, butter, tomato or cheese-based sauce. Served cold, they are ideal for pasta salads.

2. Add contents of package to boiling water. Stir gently.
3. Return to a boil. For authentic "al dente" pasta, boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 7 minutes.
4. Remove from heat. Drain well and serve as desired.
