Ingredients for 4 people

3 eggs
1 ¾ cups sugar
½ pound whole almonds with skin removed
11/2 ounce baking powder
3 ¼ cups flour

Preparation 20 minutes preparation + 50 minutes cooking
1. Mix all ingredients together to form a smooth dough

2. Shape into a long loaf

3. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

4. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for about 30 minutes

5. Remove loaf from oven and cut into ½ inch slices

6. Return slices to oven and bake again at 350°F for about 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes
