Ingredients for 4 people
3 eggs
1 ¾ cups sugar
½ pound whole almonds with skin removed
11/2 ounce baking powder
3 ¼ cups flour
Preparation 20 minutes preparation + 50 minutes cooking

Mix all ingredients together to form a smooth dough. Shape into a long loaf.

Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for about 30 minutes.

Remove loaf from oven and cut into ½ inch slices.

Return slices to oven and bake again at 350°F for about 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes.
