Ingredients for 4 people


10 ½ ounces very fresh anchovies
Juice of 1 lemon to taste
Extra virgin olive oil as needed
Salt to taste
Vinegar to taste
chopped oregano to taste




Preparation 20 minutes preparation
1. Clean and bone anchovies, wash under cold running water and dry thoroughly

2. Arrange anchovies in a bowl and dress with plenty of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, a dash of vinegar and a pinch of chopped oregano

3. Marinate the fish for 24 hours

4. Drain and arrange on a serving platter

5. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
