Ingredients for 4 people


4 oranges
5 ounces of anchovies packed in oil
3 ½ tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
pinch of salt and pepper



Preparation 10 minutes preparation
1. Wash the oranges, dry and cut crossways into slices about 1/8” thick without removing the peel

2. Arrange on a serving platter and garnish with the anchovies

3. Dress with the oil and a pinch of salt

4. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper if desired
