Ingredients for 8 people


1 Box of Barilla® Rotini
5 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil divided
1 Bag of baby spinach (6oz)
1 Jar Barilla® Meat Flavored Sauce
2 Cups fresh ricotta
1 Cup panko bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste



Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
1. PREHEAT the oven to 400 °F and BRING a large pot of water to boil; COOK pasta according to package directions, draining half way through the cooking time

2. MEANWHILE gently wilt spinach in 2 Tbsp olive oil, about two minutes

3. COMBINE the spinach with sauce, pasta and ricotta and place in a 13x9 greased baking dish

4. SPRINKLE with panko seasoned with remaining olive oil, salt and pepper

5. BAKE until crispy and golden, about 15 minutes
