Ingredients for 4 people

1 Box Barilla Mostaccioli
1/2lb Italian sausage crumble
1 cup chopped onion
2 jars Barilla Mushroom Sauce
1 can can (2-1/4 oz.) sliced
black olives drained
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 Tablespoon chopped parsley

Preparation 20 minutes preparation + 25 minutes cooking
1. Pre-heat oven to 350˚F

2. Cook Mostaccioli according to package directions; drain and return to pot

3. Heat sausage and onion in large skillet over medium-high heat

4. Cook 7 to 10 minutes or until meat is cooked through, stirring occasionally

5. Stir in Mushroom Sauce and olives

6. Reduce heat to medium low; simmer 5 minutes

7. ADD Sauce mixture and Parmesan cheese to hot Mostaccioli; toss

8. Pour into greased 13x9-inch baking dish; cover

9. BAKE 20 minutes; uncover

10. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over pasta; continue baking uncovered 5 to 7 minutes, or until cheese is melted

11. Sprinkle with parsley; serve
