Ingredients for 4 people


1 box Barilla® Campanelle
4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 bunch kale julienne
1 jar Barilla® Meat Flavored Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
½ cup Romano cheese
6 oz pancetta rendered and crispy



Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil

2. Meanwhile, in a pan, sauté kale with olive oil until wilted, about three minutes

3. Stir in the Meat Flavored Sauce and one cup of water into the pan with the kale

4. Bring to a boil

5. In a separate pan, fry pancetta

6. Add Campanelle to pot of boiling water and cook according to directions on the box

7. Drain and toss with sauce

8. Stir in cheese and top with pancetta before serving
