Ingredients for 4 people


1 box of BARILLA Cellentani
4 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
4 oz pancetta julienne rendered
2 leeks roundels cut
salt and black pepper to taste
½ Romano cheese shredded



Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to directions

2. MEANWHILE sauté leeks in olive oil for five minutes; STIR in sauce and one cup of water and BRING to a simmer, SEASON with salt and pepper

3. DRAIN pasta and TOSS with sauce, TOP with crispy pancetta and cheese before serving
