Ingredients for 4 people


1 box Barilla® Cellentani
1 jar Barilla® Chunky Traditional Sauce
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 ounces pancetta julienne rendered
2 leeks roundels cut
salt and black pepper to taste
½ cup romano cheese shredded



Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to directions

2. MEANWHILE sauté leeks in olive oil for five minutes

3. STIR in sauce and one cup of water and bring to a simmer, season with salt and pepper

4. DRAIN pasta and toss with sauce, top with crispy pancetta and cheese before serving
