Main course

Ingredients for 8 people

1 BOX Barilla® Cellentani
1 JAR Barilla® Sweet Peppers Sauce
1/3 CUP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 CUP Shallot chopped
1/2 POUND Green Beans sliced
1 POUND Ground Lamb
1/2 CUP Ricotta Salata Cheese Grated
2 TABLESPOONS Fresh Oregano chopped

Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil

2. HEAT olive oil in a large skillet

3. Add shallots and sauté for 1 minute

4. Add green beans, and cook 2 additional minutes

5. ADD lamb and cook an additional 5 minutes or until browned

6. ADD Sweet Peppers Sauce to skillet; season with salt and pepper

7. Simmer until sauce is heated through

8. COOK Cellentani according to package directions

9. Drain and immediately add to sauce

10. Mix well

11. TRANSFER to serving dish or platter

12. Sprinkle with cheese and fresh oregano
