Barilla Cheese Tortellini in Cream Sauce with Morels, Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese and White Truffle Oil

1 bag BARILLA Cheese Tortellini family size
1 bag morel mushrooms dry and reconstituted
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 cups heavy cream
to taste salt
to taste white pepper
½ cup Parmigiano Reggiano cheese grated
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon truffle oil



Preparation 5 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil

2. COOK tortellini according to bag directions

3. Meanwhile, SAUTÉ morels for 2 minutes in a hot skillet with olive oil

4. SEASON with salt and pepper
