Ingredients for 6 people


1 box Barilla® Collezione Bucatini
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 leek diced
2 garlic cloves chopped
½ cup white wine
½ pound oyster mushrooms
1 ½ cups heavy cream
Salt and black pepper to taste
½ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese grated
1 tablespoon parsley



Preparation
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil

2. Meanwhile sauté leeks in olive oil for 4-5 minutes or until slightly brown in color

3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, deglaze with wine and reduce by half

4. Add mushrooms and season with salt and pepper to taste

5. Add cream and bring to a simmer

6. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and toss pasta with the sauce

7. Remove the skillet from the heat and fold in the cheese and parsley
