Ingredients for 4 people


1/2 box BARILLA Ditalini
2 quarts water
1 chicken breast
1 potato
chopped
1 onion
½ of it finely chopped
1 celery stalk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves one minced
1 cup broccoli chopped
1 cup tomatoes chopped



Preparation 20 minutes preparation + 30 minutes cooking
1. BOIL 2 quarts of water in a pot and add the chicken breast, the potatoes, half an onion, whole garlic, the celery and season with salt and pepper

2. HEAT 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet and cook the garlic and onions until translucent

3. ADD the broccoli and follow with the tomato

4. ADD salt and pepper to taste and remove from the fire

5. REMOVE the breast from the pot once is cooked, let it cool down, shred and set aside

6. COOK the Barilla pasta using this liquid

7. ADD the broccoli mix and the chicken to the pasta and serve
