Ingredients for 6 people


¼ box Barilla® Ditalini
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ cup carrot diced
½ cup celery diced
1 cup onion diced
1 clove garlic chopped
32 ounces chicken broth
1 28-ounce can San Marzano tomatoes chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 cans Cannellini beans
2 tablespoons parsley

Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 20 minutes cooking

Heat olive oil in a large stock pot.

Add carrots, celery and onion; sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add chicken broth and tomatoes; bring to a simmer; season with salt and pepper.

Add Ditalini and beans; cook for ½ the recommended time on the package.

Remove from the heat; let the soup rest for 30 minutes before serving; top with parsley.
