Ingredients for 4 people


1 box BARILLA Elbows
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup milk
2 oz. Manchego cheese grated
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs boiled
1/2 lb. turkey breast sliced
2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional) 1/3 cup parsley minced



Preparation 30 minutes preparation + 10 minutes cooking
1. COOK Barilla Elbows following the Preparation on the box

2. Once ready, drain and toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil; place on sheet tray to cool down

3. HEAT the olive oil into a pan and cook the onion until translucent, then blend with the cream, milk and cheese

4. Season with salt and pepper and set aside

5. COMBINE the pasta with the cream mix, mayonnaise; add the cubed egg whites and the turkey

6. GARNISH with grated egg yolks and parsley
