Ingredients for 4 people

1 box BARILLA Elbows
6 slices of bacon sliced thick
1/2 tablespoon garlic minced
2 tablespoons basil leaves Julienned
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Guajillo chili peppers sliced
2 tablespoons goat cheese in chunks
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated

Preparation preparation 15 minutes cooking
1. COOK the bacon in a frying pan

2. Once crispy, add the garlic and basil

3. In a separate frying pan, add half the oil and sauté the cherry tomatoes, add salt and pepper, and remove from heat
