Ingredients for 8 people


1 package Barilla® Elbows Pasta
1 jar Barilla® Bacon and Cheese Sauce
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 container (15 ounces) ricotta cheese
4 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons parsley chopped



Preparation 5 minutes preparation + 25 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta 1 minute less package directions

2. DRAIN pasta and toss with olive oil; place on a sheet tray to cool down

3. MEANWHILE preheat oven to 425 °F; slowly bring sauce to a simmer in a large skillet

4. ADD ricotta cheese to the sauce, slowly add in ½ of the cheddar and the pasta

5. POUR the pasta mixture into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish, top with parsley and remaining cheddar cheese

6. BAKE in the oven for 10 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbling on the sides
