Ingredients for 8 people


1 box Barilla® Elbows
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic minced
1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 cups broccoli florets
½ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese shredded



Preparation 15 minutes preparation
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil

2. In a large skillet heat olive oil and sauté garlic until slightly yellow in color, about 1-2 minutes

3. Add tomatoes and cook until blistered, about 2 minutes

4. Season with salt and pepper

5. Cook broccoli and pasta in the same pot, according to package directions

6. Drain and toss pasta and broccoli with sauce

7. Top with cheese and serve
