1 box Barilla® Farfalle
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 leeks sliced in thin rounds
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 cups heavy cream
1/3 cup gorgonzola cheese crumbled
1/3 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese grated
1/3 cup Asiago cheese shredded
1/3 cup Fontina cheese shredded



Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 20 minutes cooking
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil

2. Meanwhile in a large skillet caramelize the leeks with olive oil over medium heat, about 15 minutes, season with salt and pepper
