Ingredients for 8 people


1 box Barilla® Fettuccine
1 jar Barilla® Traditional Sauce
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil divided
½ red onion diced
1 roasted red bell pepper*
1 roasted yellow bell pepper*
1 ½ cups water
½ cup goat cheese
1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
salt and black pepper to taste



Preparation 40 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil

2. Meanwhile, sauté onion in olive oil for 3-4 minutes or until translucent

3. Add roasted peppers and sauté for 3 minutes

4. Pour in Traditional sauce and water, bring to a simmer Season with salt and pepper

5. Add cheese

6. Gently stir in to make a creamy sauce

7. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and toss with the creamy sauce

8. Before serving top with dill

9. *To roast peppers; rub with 2 tablespoons olive oil and bake in the oven at 400 ˚F for 40 minutes

10. Place in a paper bag for 10 minutes for easy peeling
