Ingredients for 4 people


1 box BARILLA Fettuccine
1/3 cup extra virgin Olive Oil
1/2 red onion sliced thin
10 oz. mushrooms preferably small
1/4 cup mustard seeds
1 tablespoon paprika
Parsley to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb crab legs cooked
3/4 cup dry white wine



Preparation 25 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
1. HEAT ⅓ cup of oil in a skillet and cook the onion until translucent, add the mushrooms, the mustard seed, half the paprika, a dash of parsley and season with salt and pepper

2. REMOVE the crab meat from the legs, add it into the mix and cook until the crab meat is a light golden brown

3. ADD the wine and allow the mix to boil and then set aside

4. COOK Barilla Fettuccine ‘al dente’ following the instructions on the box

5. DRAIN and delicately combine with the crab mix

6. ADD Salt and pepper to taste

7. GARNISH with the rest of the paprika and a bit of parsley

8. SERVE
