Ingredients for 4 people


1 box BARILLA Fettuccine
1 ½ bars butter
1/2 cup shallot sliced
3 teaspoons rosemary minced
3 teaspoons thyme minced
4 teaspoons laurel thinly chopped
4 teaspoons oregano fresh
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese to taste
grated



Preparation 15 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
1. COOK Barilla Fettuccine following the instructions on the box

2. MEANWHILE, in a thick pot melt the butter at very low heat

3. ADD the shallots, herbs and reduce the heat

4. ADD salt and pepper to taste and cook for three minutes

5. When the pasta is ready, drain well

6. COMBINE with sauce and serve with the cheese on the side
