Ingredients for 8 people

1 box Barilla® Fettuccine
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic Minced
20 Fresh Mussels Rinsed
20 Fresh Littleneck Clams Rinsed
1/2 cup Dry White Wine
3/4 cup Sun Dried Tomato Sliced Thin
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley Chopped

Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 26 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil

2. HEAT olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat

3. Add garlic and sauté 2 minutes

4. ADD mussels, clams, and wine

5. Turn heat to medium-high

6. Cover and cook about 12 minutes or until shells are opened

7. DISCARD any unopened clams or mussels

8. Add tomatoes, salt, and black pepper to taste

9. Set aside

10. ADD Fettuccine to the boiling water

11. Cook according to package directions

12. Drain

13. ADD hot pasta immediately to skillet and mix well

14. Transfer to a serving platter or bowl

15. Sprinkle with chopped parsley
