Ingredients for 4 people


1 BOX Barilla®Fettuccine Rigate
1 JAR Barilla® Tomato & Basil Sauce
3 TABLESPOONS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 CUPS White Onions Chopped
4 CUPS Zucchini Diced
1/3 CUP Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese Grated



Preparation 1 hours preparation + 20 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil

2. TOSS zucchini with salt

3. Drain in colander for 30-60 minutes

4. HEAT olive oil in a large skillet

5. Add onions and sauté until golden

6. ADD zucchini and sauté until tender

7. ADD Tomato and Basil Sauce and simmer 5 minutes

8. COOK Fettuccine Rigate according to package directions

9. Drain and add pasta to sauce

10. ADD cheese and mix well

11. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper
