Ingredients for 4 people


1 BOX Barilla® Gemelli
1 JAR Barilla® Marinara Sauce
2 TABLESPOONS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 CLOVE Garlic Minced
1/2 CUP Kalamata Olive Coarsely Chopped
1 TABLESPOON Fresh Capers Rinsed (May Substitute Capers In Salt)
3 Anchovies Chopped
1/2 TEASPOON Oregano Fresh
1/2 CUP Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese Grated



Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 18 minutes cooking
1. HEAT a medium skillet over medium heat

2. Add oil and garlic

3. Sauté for 1 minute or until slightly golden

4. ADD the olives, capers, anchovies, and oregano and sauté for 2 additional minutes

5. ADD the Barilla Marinara Sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes

6. If needed, season with salt and pepper

7. COOK Gemelli according to package directions

8. Drain and toss Gemelli with the sauce in the skillet

9. Toss with Parmigiano cheese
