Ingredients for 8 people


1 box Barilla® Gemelli
7 ounces pancetta (may substitute bacon)
1 bunch Swiss chard
1 tablespoon dry red wine
1 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
4 tablespoons butter
salt to taste



Preparation 20 minutes preparation + 10 minutes cooking
1. Melt half of the butter in a large pan over medium heat

2. Add diced pancetta and sauté for 5 minutes

3. Add washed, dried and coarsely chopped Swiss chard

4. Simmer for 2 minutes

5. Add wine and allow to evaporate

6. Season with salt, mix well and remove from heat

7. Meanwhile, boil pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package directions

8. Drain and add the rest of the butter and cheese

9. Mix gently and serve immediately
