Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil, season with salt

2. COMBINE pasta and potatoes

3. COOK pasta according to package directions along with added potatoes

4. COMBINE garlic, cheese (optional), herbs and olive oil in a blender, pulse until smooth

5. SEASON with salt and pepper

6. DRAIN pasta and potatoes, combine with pesto and diced peppers in a large mixing bowl before serving
