Ingredients for 4 people

10 sheets Barilla Oven-Ready Lasagne
500g mushrooms sliced
2 tablespoons onions chopped
2 tablespoons parsley minced
2 cups white sauce
400g Manchego cheese grated
½ bar butter
2 tablespoons corn oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation 20 minutes preparation + 40 minutes cooking
1. PLACE the canola oil in a skillet at low heat, and sauté the onion and mushrooms

2. ADD salt and pepper to taste

3. SPREAD butter on the bottom of an oven-safe container and add a layer of Barilla Oven-Ready Lasagne, followed by some white sauce and some mushrooms

4. SPRINKLE with grated cheese

5. REPEAT this procedure until you finish with the last layer of pasta

6. COVER top layer of pasta with white sauce and grated cheese and then cover the container with aluminum foil

7. BAKE at 400°F/190°C for 30 minutes or until bubbling and browning

8. REMOVE the aluminum foil and bake again for 5 minutes so the topmost layer of grated cheese becomes golden brown

9. Garnish with parsley
