Ingredients for 4 people


1 box BARILLA Linguine
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic thinly sliced
1 ¼ cups peeled shrimp
1 cup zucchini sliced
1 Chile de árbol chopped (optional)
1 cup dry white wine
Salt and pepper to taste
3 Tablespoons butter
10 stems of fresh chives diced



Preparation 20 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
1. HEAT the oil in a pan

2. COOK the garlic to a golden brown and sauté the shrimp, and then add the zucchini, the chile, the wine and season with salt and pepper

3. REMOVE the pan from heat once the sauce comes to a boil

4. COOK Barilla Linguine per the instructions on the box

5. DRAIN, and combine with the sauce while still hot, and serve

6. GARNISH with the chives
