Ingredients for 4 people


1 box BARILLA Medium Shells
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil divided
1/2 onion chopped
1 garlic clov
minced
8 oz medium shrimp peeled and deveined
1 can cannellini beans drained
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons parsley finely diced



Preparation 15 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
1. HEAT the olive oil, in a skillet set to medium heat

2. COOK the onion for 4 minutes, then add garlic and cook until translucent, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon

3. ADD the shrimp and beans, and cook for 4 minutes

4. ADD salt and pepper to taste

5. MEANWHILE cook Barilla Medium Shells ‘al dente’ following the instructions on the box

6. DRAIN and toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil; place on sheet tray to cool down

7. COMBINE everything and garnish with parsley
