Ingredients for 4 people


1 package Barilla® Medium Shells
1 jar Barilla® Marinara Sauce
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
6 cups cauliflower florets
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup smoked gouda cheese sliced thin



Preparation 5 minutes preparation + 20 minutes cooking
1. PREHEAT the oven to 425°F and bring a large pot of water to a boil

2. TOSS the cauliflower with olive oil, salt and pepper then roast in the oven until brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes

3. In a large skillet combine the traditional sauce with heavy cream and bring to a simmer, season with salt and pepper to taste

4. COOK the pasta according to the package directions

5. DRAIN and toss with the sauce and smoked gouda, stir to combine
