Ingredients for 8 people


1 BOX Barilla Medium Shells
1 JAR Barilla Marinara Sauce
2 Large Yellow Bell Peppers
4 TABLESPOONS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 SPRIGS Fresh Oregano
6 OUNCES Tuna In Olive Oil



Preparation 20 minutes preparation + 18 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil

2. PREHEAT oven to 400°F

3. CUT  peppers in half and remove seeds

4. Place in glass baking dish; season with olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper

5. BAKE in oven 20-30 minutes or until tender

6. When cooled, remove skin and cut into strips

7. ADD peppers, drained tuna and Arrabbiata Sauce to a large skillet

8. Heat through

9. COOK Medium Shells according to package directions

10. Drain and add to sauce mixture

11. Season with salt and pepper, toss and serve
