Ingredients for 8 people


1 box Barilla® Mezze Penne
White pepper to taste
Chili pepper to taste
2 salt-packed anchovies
1 can tuna in oil
1 cup chicken broth
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon parsley chopped



Preparation 20 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
1. Remove salt from anchovies, clean, bone and mince them together with drained tuna

2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine broth, white pepper, chili pepper, anchovies and tuna and cook until it becomes a thick sauce

3. Boil pasta in plenty of salted water according to package directions

4. Drain and toss with olive oil, chopped parsley and anchovy sauce

5. Serve immediately
