Ingredients for 4 people


1 package Barilla® Mezze Penne
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 jar Barilla® Chunky Traditional Sauce
¾ cup ricotta cheese
¼ cup parmigiano cheese shredded
¼ cup fontina cheese shredded
1 tablespoon parsley chopped



Preparation 5 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta 1 minute less than package directions

2. MEANWHILE in a large skillet over medium heat warm the sauce with ½ cup of water

3. In a small bowl combine the olive oil with the cheese and parsley, season with salt and pepper then set aside

4. DRAIN and toss the pasta with the sauce, cook for 1 minute in the skillet

5. REMOVE the pasta from the heat and before serving place dollops of the cheese mixture on top
