Ingredients for 8 people


1 box Barilla® Mini Farfalle
1 jar Barilla® Three Cheese Sauce
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped



Preparation 5 minutes preparation + 16 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil

2. HEAT Barilla® Three Cheese Sauce and cream in a skillet over medium heat

3. Simmer for two minutes, stirring occasionally

4. Meanwhile, COOK Barilla® Mini Farfalle according to package directions

5. DRAIN pasta and immediately add to sauce mixture

6. Mix well

7. STIR in olive oil and transfer to a serving platter or bowl

8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving
