Ingredients for 6 people


1 BOX Barilla Mini Wheels
4 TABLESPOONS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 TABLESPOONS Onions Minced
4 Medium Plum Tomatoes Diced
1/4 CUP Frozen Pea
1/3 CUP Cooked Ham Julienne
1/4 CUP Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese Grated



Preparation 5 minutes preparation + 10 minutes cooking
1. HEAT the oil and onions in a medium skillet over medium heat

2. Sauté for 2 minutes or until the onions are wilted and slightly browned

3. Meanwhile, COOK the Mini Wheels according to the package directions

4. ADD the diced tomatoes, peas and ham

5. Sauté for 5 minutes, until all of the flavors have melded together

6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper

7. DRAIN and toss the pasta with the sauce

8. Finish with the cheese and serve
