Ingredients for 4 people


1 package Barilla® Oven Ready Lasagna
2 jars Barilla® Meat Sauce
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 cup peas (optional)
1 container ricotta cheese (15 ounces)
2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
2 cups cheddar shredded
salt and pepper to taste
½ cup parmigiano cheese grated



Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 25 minutes cooking
1. PREHEAT the oven to 400°F

2. MIX ricotta with ½ of the shredded mozzarella and cheddar

3. SEASON with oil, salt and pepper

4. In a greased 13x9 baking dish pour 1 cup of sauce on the bottom

5. COVER with three sheets of pasta, then add 1 cup sauce, ¼ cup peas and ½ cup ricotta mixture

6. REPEAT three more times and finish with remaining sauce on top

7. BAKE covered for about 20 minutes, uncover and add remaining mozzarella and cheddar

8. BAKE for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese has melted and is slightly golden in color

9. REMOVE from the oven and let rest for 15-20 minutes before serving
