Ingredients for 7 people


1 box Barilla® PLUS® Elbows
1 jar  Barilla® Marinara sauce
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
16 ounces ricotta cheese
1 cup kalamata pitted olive
halved
1/3 cup Romano cheese grated
2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
2 cups mozzarella cheese divided shredded



Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil

3. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch glass baking dish

4. Combine olive oil, Italian Baking Sauce, ricotta cheese, olives, Romano cheese, basil and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese in a large glass bowl

5. Mix well

6. Cook PLUS® Elbows according to package cooking time

7. Drain and add to glass bowl

8. Mix well

9. Spoon mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish

10. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese

11. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
