Ingredients for 4 people

1 box Barilla® PLUS® Elbows
1 1/2 cup cherry tomato halved
1 1/2 cup Black Olives (may substitute Kalamata Olives)
4 ounces Tuna In Olive Oil Drained
3/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese cubed
1/2 teaspoon salt-Packed Caper Soaked Excess salt Removed
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Preparation 2 hours preparation + 10 minutes cooking
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil

2. Cook Plus Rotini according to package directions

3. Drain and drizzle with a small amount of olive oil

4. Refrigerate for 2 hours

5. Combine cherry tomatoes, olives, tuna, cheese, capers, basil, salt, pepper and remaining oil

6. Marinate for 2 hours

7. Toss pasta and marinated ingredients in a large bowl
