Ingredients for 7 people


1 box Barilla® PLUS® Elbows
2 cups Plum tomatoes diced
3 cups Avocado
diced
2 1/2 cups Fresh mozzarella cheese Cubed
salt to taste
black pepper freshly ground to taste
1/2 cup Fresh Basil Torn
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil



Preparation 30 minutes preparation + 7 minutes cooking
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil

2. Combine tomatoes, avocados, mozzarella, basil, and olive oil in a large bowl

3. Season with salt and pepper

4. Let mixture marinate for 20-30 minutes

5. Cook PLUS® Elbows 1 minute less than recommended package cooking time

6. Drain and pour onto a flat surface

7. Drizzle with a small amount of oil and let cool

8. Add cooled pasta to ingredients in bowl; toss and serve
