Ingredients for 7 people


1 box Barilla® PLUS® Farfalle
1 jar Barilla® Mushroom sauce
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1  Leeks
1 small diced Butternut Squash
Salt TTB
Pepper TT
1 Tbsp chopped Parsley
  Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese
Water cup



Preparation
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil

2. In a large skillet sauté butternut squash until browned on all sides

3. Add Leeks and sauté for 3 minutes

4. Add Sauce and water, bring to a simmer, season with salt and B

5. Pepper

6. Cook pasta according to package directions

7. Drain and toss with sauce, cheese and parsley
