Ingredients for 7 people


1 box Barilla® PLUS® Farfalle
1 cup Walnut Coarsely Chopped
1/2 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes In Olive Oil Julienne
2 cloves Garlic Crushed
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Freshly Grated
1/2 cup Fresh Basil



Preparation 5 minutes preparation + 12 minutes cooking
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil

2. Sauté walnuts in a small skillet for 1-2 minutes until slightly brown

3. Place in large salad bowl

4. Add sun-dried tomatoes, including some oil from tomatoes, garlic and olive oil

5. Cook Barilla Plus® Farfalle according to package directions

6. Drain, then add pasta to salad bowl

7. Add Parmigiano cheese and basil

8. Season with salt and pepper

9. Mix well and serve
