Ingredients for 7 people


1 BOX Barilla® Plus® Farfalle
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cups white onions sliced
2 sprigs fresh thyme divided
1 cup green bell pepper diced
1 cup red bell pepper diced
1 cup yellow bell pepper diced
1 cup water
2 tablespoons fresh italian parsley chopped



Preparation 15 minutes preparation
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil

2.   Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat

3. Add onions and 1 sprig of fresh thyme

4. Sauté 5 minutes

5.   Cook Barilla Plus® Farfalle according to package directions

6.   Add peppers and water to skillet, season with salt and pepper

7. Sauté an additional 10 minutes or until peppers are tender

8.   Drain pasta, add to the skillet, and toss

9. Sprinkle with remaining thyme, chopped parsley and serve
