Ingredients for 7 people


1 box Barilla® PLUS® Penne
1clove garlic minced
8 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil divided
1 can Academia Barilla® Cherry Tomatoes
½ cup water
2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
4 ounces (1 ball) fresh buffalo mozzarella diced
2 tablespoons fresh marjoram oil
salt and black pepper to taste



Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil, season with salt

2. SAUTÉ garlic in a large skillet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 1-2 minutes over medium heat or until slightly golden in color

3. ADD tomatoes and ½ cup of water, bring to a simmer

4. COMBINE parsley with remaining olive oil in a blender, pulse on medium until smooth and set aside

5. COOK pasta according to the package directions

6. DRAIN pasta and toss it with the sauce in a large mixing bowl

7. TOP with fresh buffalo mozzarella and drizzle with marjoram oil before serving
